There is a simple shipping calculator that will give you an accurate shipping quote for the items in your cart. This can be found at the bottom of the shopping cart page, just click on 'CART' at the top right of any page and you will see the section named 'CALCULATE POSTAGE' at the bottom of the page. This will calculate the exact total for postage & packaging determined by your postal/zip code. If you cannot see your location, please email us as the shipping calculator may not yet be set up for your country or the weight of your order may not yet have been set up.

All bicycles, frames & wheels are packed in strong cardboard boxes, and bikes are part dismantled for safe & economic shipping (you will require only very basic tools to re-assemble your bicycle). Smaller items are packed in protective jiffy bags.

Please note: Our shipping rates cover both postage and packaging, so please don't expect the price on the postage stamp to be the exact amount you pay. Packaging is not cheap, therefore it must be factored in to the cost.

PAYMENT INFORMATION 

The Pedal Pedlar online shop accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB & Maestro cards in GBP only.

Our payments our now processed through worldpay, but you can also check out through paypal if you wish. You do not have to have a paypal account to purchase items from our online shop. You can also choose to log in or set up an account, or you can checkout as a guest.

We now accept cards in-store too! So modern we are.
