118mm OLD, 27.2mm Seatpost.
Wonderful, robust frame from Derby builder, Derek Wilkins. Built from lightweight columbus steel, probably SL. A real looker, with simple and elegant black on white colour scheme. The condition is good but as you can see the frame does have some corrosion under the paintwork. It's a very solid frame designed to take the weight of a rather large track rider.
